exhale & experience
Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais is an 18th century Venetian Villa entirely refurbished as a five-star hotel. With its Michelin-starred Ristorante Oseleta and luxurious accommodations, Villa Cordevigo has recently been named a Relais & Châteaux destination. The property boasts a magnificent entrance, along a driveway flanked with stately cypress leading up to the villa with finely appointed rooms, replete with rich fabrics, period furnishings, wooden ceilings and Italian marble. Embracing formal, Italian gardens, amongst olive groves and woods, this exquisite estate rests on the hills of Cavaion Veronese, above Lake Garda, and just a short distance from the famous city of Verona, which is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Listen & Feel
Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30-10:30am. Meanwhile, at about 8:30am, a conscious, vinyasa yoga session will be taught by Sarah amidst the lush greenery of the Villa’s perfectly manicured Italian garden or, in the case of rain, within one of the estate’s elegant rooms. However, it is when the class is over that the real yoga begins—the opportunity to experience the land, the food, the wine, and the people with all of your senses!
*If you are decidedly not a yogi, (like Stefano) there are plenty of other ways to spend the morning--lingering over breakfast, or walking the splendid grounds. If you are feeling more active, there is a pool, a gym and a great number of amazing cycling routes throughout the Adige Valley and reaching out to Lake Garda. Or you can indulge in a healing spa treatment or the Turkish bath, infra-red sauna or hydromassage tub.
— Wine and Food —
Taste, Smell & See
Each day, late morning, we'll depart for the daily delights!
From world-famous wineries, with which you may be familiar, to small, artisanal wine producers, difficult to find at home—you’ll receive an in-depth understanding of the Valpolicella region and its winemaking. We’ll be visiting some of the region’s most noble and prestigious villas, touring their cellars and tasting the fruits of their ages old vines. And then there’s the food! Throughout the week you’ll receive a full spectrum of Veronese cuisine—from Michelin-starred restaurants to hidden gems. You will also participate in a cooking class where you’ll learn how to make and hand-roll pasta in a century-old trattoria, which has been passed down through four generations of family.
Burrowed in the valley of Valpolicella is one of Italy’s most romantic cities, Verona. There, we’ll introduce you to the ritual of caffè, the art of aperitivo and the pleasure of the passeggiata. We’ll take you into the historical center of this mini metropolis for a guided jaunt, so that later in the week you may confidently roam free for an afternoon. With its centuries old architecture and cutting edge fashion, we just know you’ll fall in love with Verona!
The new highlight of our Spring 2020 tours is ‘A Day in the Dolomites.’ You’ll be amazed by the grandeur of these rolling, bucolic hills juxtaposed against rugged, imposing mountains, dotted with Swiss chalets and punctuated by quaint, Alpine towns. The Dolomites have become famous for their spas, so we’ll be spending most of this day at one with healing, thermal waters and a majestic view.
It is our intention that by the end of the week you will be relaxed, refreshed, invigorated and inspired. Part spiritual, part spirituous and certainly sybaritic—our Luxury Yoga Wine Tours will leave you with a definite sense of what it is to be Italian.
